Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, ensuring personalized and expert care for every patient. Trust our skilled professionals to maintain your oral health with precision and dedication.

  • Whether you’re just looking for a whiter smile or a full mouth makeover, a comprehensive assessment is the foundation for everything that we do. At Brian Bins, DMD, all comprehensive examinations include full mouth radiographs, oral cancer screening, hard tissue exam, periodontal assessment, orthodontic evaluation, and TMJ disorder checkup.

  • We get it - toothaches suck. In a perfect world, they’d never happen. But until that day comes, we vow to do our best to accommodate you in your time of need. Whenever possible, we offer examinations and treatment ASAP.

  • At Brian Bins, DMD - we’re prevention people. Regular check-ups, cleanings, and proper oral hygiene instruction are critical components to any comprehensive care plan. We offer 3-, 4-, and 6-month cleaning intervals tailored to fit your specific needs and concerns.

  • Whether it’s a tiny chip… or a not-so-tiny chip, we offer a full suite of restorative services designed to enhance, repair, or reinforce your teeth. Metal-free composite restorations, full coverage crowns, bridges - we use them all on a daily basis to correct stains, crazing, cracks, fractures, caries, cavities, anatomical defects and whatever else you manage to walk in with.

  • A root canal treatment is a dental procedure used to save a tooth that is severely decayed or infected, such that the inside of the tooth and root must be disinfected, treated, and filled. While preventative care and early intervention make these treatments less commonly rendered in our office, we still stand ready to rescue your tooth when disaster strikes!

  • We believe that a well-maintained dentition (aka, “your teeth”) is foundational for sustaining general wellness and high quality of life for all of our patients. So when it comes to the periodontium (aka, your gums and bone that support your teeth), we are uncompromising in our care for these vitally important structures. We offer non-surgical therapies - including scaling and root planing - to effectively treat and control periodontal disease, as well as other services to help these structures last as long as you do.

  • Whether you’re looking to replace a single tooth or an entire denture, we use modern scanning technology to deliver faster, form-fitting solutions for patients looking for metal, flexible, and acrylic partials and complete dentures.

  • When it comes to esthetics, ease of maintenance, and overall satisfaction, dental implants have become the undisputed favorite choice for patients who are looking to replace missing teeth. It is our goal to offer all phases of implant treatment in our office: from planning to implant placement to delivery of the final crown - we strive to be your one-stop shop for all your implant needs!

  • It’s our mission to keep teeth around as long as possible. But sometimes it makes more sense to remove a damaged tooth then to keep it. And that’s okay! With use of profound local anesthesia, atraumatic extraction techniques and modern approaches to bone grafting and ridge preservation, we can reduce the morbidities of tooth loss by helping you protect and conserve the bone in your jaws for a future implant, bridge, or partial denture.

  • Clear aligner orthodontic treatment (sometimes referred to as “Invisalign”) offers numerous benefits over conventional bracket-and-wire approaches to moving teeth, including easier oral hygiene, improved esthetics, and a pace of treatment that fits your lifestyle. When your smile is properly aligned, it reduces the risk of damage to the teeth, gums, jaws, and TMJ… and it looks nice! Whether you’re new to ortho treatment or you lost your retainer in the 80’s, we’re here to help!

  • Maybe you want your teeth to be a little whiter. Or maybe you want your teeth to be a little wider. At Brian Bins, DMD, we have solutions for everybody. From composite bonding to porcelain veneers; from take-home whitening trays to in-office bleaching. Or for those looking for something totally new, we use digital photography, intraoral scanning, and digital simulations to help you find your new smile.

  • Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder describes a broad swath of conditions that affects people of every age - many of whom are unaware that they have any problems at all. Unfortunately, TMJD is almost always a chronic condition that will inevitably progress to painful symptoms in those who do not receive treatment. At Brian Bins, DMD, we offer custom made appliances and limited occlusal equilibrations that can help reduce pain and improve function in patients experiencing TMJD.

  • “Don’t take this the wrong way, but I hate going to the dentist.” As dental professionals, we’ve heard it again and again. Fortunately, there are options for those who’d rather be somewhere - anywhere - else. We offer nitrous oxide (“laughing gas”) and other stress-reducing options to make your experience a tranquil one.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! We are currently in-network with Delta Dental Premier, United Concordia, and Aetna. However, as we continue to grow, we plan to increase our participation with other insurance networks. So if you don’t see yours listed here, just ask!

Please note - we do not accept Medicaid.

  • If you have a dental insurance plan that offers out-of-network benefits, it means that you’re not restricted to seeing the specific list of providers who have contracted with your insurance company. In practice, it means that you’ll be reimbursed by your insurance provider after paying us for any treatment or services rendered in our office. Please note that your insurance company’s UCR fee may be lower than ours, meaning that you may not be reimbursed in full for the fee that you pay.

While we will always try to provide a good-faith estimate for any out of pocket expenses that you may incur, ultimately it is your responsibility to understand how your insurance benefits work.

  • Oof, good question. Part of what makes dental insurance a confusing concept is that, under most circumstances, it doesn’t work in the same way that your healthcare plan or other forms of insurance do. For this reason, it may be better to think of it as a “dental benefit plan.”

Dental benefit plans (let’s call them “DBPs”) are designed to cover (aka “pay for”) some of the costs of dental treatment. Some DBPs may cover certain procedures in full, while others may only offer partial coverage. Some procedures may not be covered at all. It’s important to understand that your dental coverage is not based on what you need or what your dentist recommends, nor does the dentist determine what is or is not covered.

Ultimately it is your responsibility to understand what your DBP covers and what it doesn’t. A DBP can make it more affordable to get the dental care that you need, but your benefits should not be the only thing you consider when deciding on your treatment.

  • No! Regardless of whether or not you have insurance, we’d be happy to see you!

  • We participate with CareCredit, which is a service that helps patients finance treatment that they couldn’t otherwise afford to pay for up front.

  • We are happy to see children of all ages. However, we do not specialize in pediatric care. As such, there may be circumstances where we recommend that your child be seen by a provider who specializes in pediatric dentistry.
